Radical Acts: Why Craft Matters is a ground-breaking exhibition rooted in craft and craftsmanship, curated by Hugo Macdonald and the Harewood team.

The 2022 Biennial explores craft as a ‘radical act’ which helps us to address urgent crises in life and society. Funded by Arts Council England and the DCMS Culture Recovery Fund.

INDEED FLEX
Photo and video

Indeed Flex is the app for temporary work, empowering jobseekers with control over when, where and how they work. Bird Lime Media produced a showcase film and photo series, shot UK wide in factories, restaurants and care homes, to share the company values and message.

Bird Lime produces the chart-topping podcast and all promotional multimedia content for one of the most prestigious literary awards in the world. Previous podcast guests include Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Kim Cattrall, Katherine Ryan and more and has been named ‘one to watch’ in Vogue, Stylist, The Times and The Guardian.

SO NOW I HAVE BREAST CANCER

Bird Lime has produced and developed So Now I’ve Got Breast Cancer with Dr Liz O’Riordan,  an expert doctor who’s been a patient herself. It is an essential listen for every woman who’s been diagnosed with breast cancer, or knows someone who has.

Every week, Dr Liz answers listeners’ questions with a team of well-known expert guests, to give the listeners the information they need from a source they can trust. With over 90,000 downloads and counting.

Podcast, video and digital strategy

We worked with one of the UKs most trusted news platforms to launch all podcasts, including ‘Royal Rota’, ‘No Strings Attached’, ‘Catching Melanie’s Killer’, ‘Shamima Begum: The Blame Game’ and the multi award winning ‘Party Gate’.

We are proud to have supported on the content strategy and launch the digital production for ‘The Rundown’ and ‘Young, British and Muslim’, both of which won Drum innovation awards.

We worked alongside the UK media team to develop a stronger digital multimedia strategy across reports, campaigns, influencer work and news moments in the UK.

We worked with the popular podcast Berko Revisited to create social media videos to promote the podcast.

Record label state51 invited artists to perform tracks from their albums, Bird Lime interviewed and captured live performances.

Bird Lime produced and developed Better Angels – Their World, a podcast hosted by global campaigner and author Sarah Brown. Featuring inspiring stories from a range of guests about the positive influence they have had on the world around them. From Nobel Prize winners to celebrities and politicians to inspiring young people.

FEMINISTS DON'T WEAR PINK - PENGUIN

We worked with journalist and activist Scarlett Curtis on her podcast, Feminists Don’t Wear Pink. Scarlett interviews influential and inspiring women about feminism and what it means to them. Guests include Lena Dunham, Munroe Burgdorf and Mindy Kaling.

Bird Lime worked with Xero to produce Beyond Numbers, a podcast for accountants and bookkeepers hosted by Ash Gibson. UK accounting industry leaders share trials, tribulations and creative solutions on topics relevant to the industry.
